Introduction
What does the Bible say about another spirit? Another Spirit is not the Spirit of God, but the falsified spirit that is not of God.
We look at another Jesus, which cannot save to the utmost, which is not God and does not guarantee eternal life to those that believe, and it is sad that this is Jesus that many denominations are preaching today.

And this other Jesus is what many people are trusting. It is Jesus that asked you to give your life to him for you to be saved.
But today, we want to look at another spirit.
What does the Bible say about another spirit?
1. It is another spirit when it takes you out of control.
Some people say that it is God’s spirit that takes them out of control, but may I tell you that the Spirit of God will not take you out of control, and in fact, one of the fruits of the spirit of God is self-control.
Galatians 5
Do you know what takes people out of control, alcohol? But the Holy Spirit of God keeps believers under control so that he can be able to do what is right.
2. It is another spirit when you have to pray for five hours to receive it.
Many Christians have been deceived today thinking that by praying for hours, then they will have the Spirit of God. Please stop deceiving yourself.
The Holy Spirit of God does not come by praying for hours, you received the Holy Spirit of God the moment you trusted Christ alone for salvation.
Despite countless prayers and fasting, the problem is that you do not get that Spirit, which is why many of you think that spirit of God is a scam and is not real.
You are the one who is looking for something that you should not be looking for. Let’s look at the Word of God to affirm this truth.
Ephesians 1:13-14
Apostle Paul’s letter to Galatian Christians is this:
Galatians 3:2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
By the way, no amount of singing can bring in the Holy Spirit. The problem with many Christians today is their inability to differentiate between the filling of the Spirit and the indwelling of the Spirit.
3. It is another spirit when that can leave anytime.
In the old testament: We see the manifestation of God’s Spirit upon the lives of old testament saints, but the Spirit of God does not indwell them.
The Holy Spirit of God does not leave believers until the day of redemption, he will abide with you forever, therefore it is another spirit if he can go anytime.
Let’s look at what Christ said, “
John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
Some of the objections to this are this:

Holy Men of Old were filled with the Spirit, but not indwelt by the spirit.
Therefore, David realized that the reason for the success of his reign is as the result of the working of the Holy Spirit of God upon him. So he was praying for God not to take away the ability to do the holy things from him.
He does not want to become useless to the Lord as a king.
Believers can quench the spirit, and grieve the spirit, but then the Holy Spirit of God cannot leave a believer.
A believer is already purchased and possessed by God. And that is why if you believe in another Jesus, you will have another spirit.
Conclusion
1Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
