The word, “faith” is mentioned 247 times in the King James Bible, and it is most mentioned in the New Testament.

Two times the word faith is mentioned in the Old Testament, and 245 times it is mentioned in the New Testament part of the Bible.

The Scripture defines what faith is, why we need faith, and what faith can do in the lives of believers. By studying these verses, we can understand that the only language that God understands is faith.

Deuteronomy 32:20

Deuteronomy 32:20  And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

Habakkuk 2:4
