It is important to understand the nature of salvation, and how it is received. Salvation is a free gift, therefore, it is one time, and it lasts forever.
There are many people who believe that a Christian can lose salvation; but when we study carefully the word of God, we will come to the realization that it is impossible for a believer to lose salvation.

Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Can I Be SAVED the Second time?
Salvation comes one time, and it is eternal, it is everlasting, and it is unending. And that is why it is compared to a birth in the Book of John chapter 3.
Jesus Christ told Nicodemus how to be born again according to the Scripture, because he has had his first birth (physical), and then he needs the second birth (spiritual).
These two births only come once, and it is not something that will recur every other time you wish.
Christ KEEPS My Salvation
One of the reasons why I am saved forever is because Christ keeps me saved, and I will not go to Hell again. The Bible, ” I will not come into condemnation”
So, if you have not trusted Christ as your Savior, you can’t have this eternal life and this assurance of salvation.
Hebrews 10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
Christ’s once-time offering is sufficient, and we do not need to get saved again when we sin. Eternal life is a gift, it is eternal, and it is forever because of Christ Jesus.
Conclusion
Are you trusting Jesus for you to be saved? He is the only one that can save you from Hell, and from the penalty of sin. If you are trusting any other way other than Christ, you are not saved.
And you need to understand this, you cannot lose salvation.
