First, once saved always(OSAS) is an assurance that once you have trusted Jesus Christ for salvation, you have eternal life, and this life is forever.

Also, Once saved always saved also teaches that a believer is saved from the penalty of sin at the moment of salvation, therefore, he cannot go to hell again.

Therefore, anyone who has trusted Christ is saved, sealed, and secured by Jesus Christ until the day of redemption, therefore making it impossible to lose God’s salvation.

Bible Verses about Once Saved Always

John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

This verse emphasizes the fact that when you believe in Christ your eternity is sealed and secured, and you have everlasting life.

Therefore, eternal life is a present possession when a man trusted Christ alone for salvation.

John 3:18  He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Those who believed in Christ will not be condemned but anyone that does not believe in Christ is already condemned. Therefore, once saved always saved is a correct Biblical doctrine.

John 3:36  He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

This verse expounds on the danger that awaits anyone who does not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The wrath of God abides on him. The wrath of God is already on him because he chose not to believe in CHRIST.

Think about this, the wages of sin is death, and Christ paid the wages of sin, therefore anyone who trusted Christ has everlasting that cannot be reversible by any man.
